Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that we do offer a one-time size exchange for apparel items within 30 days of delivery.
If you believe your product is damaged or faulty, please email our support team at support@woodenzen.com. We will treat your issue with the highest priority and work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note that items purchased using the complimentary gift card or store credit are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Change Your Mind

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 12 hours of placing your order. If you need to change the size or variant of your order before it is processed, please email our support team within 12 hours of placing your order at support@woodenzen.com.

Refunds

Please note that refunds are not offered for customized, personalized, sale items or orders made using complimentary gift cards or store credit.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. We will deduct the shipping fee for the use of our returns label. All refunds will be issued in-store credit, excluding the shipping fee. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards and customized, made-to-order items are exempt from being returned. Please note that all items sold are final, and we do not accept returns except in the case of a defect in the item purchased or if you have not received your items after 30 working days.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we make an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order at no additional charge. However, we are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during checkout or if the delivery is unsuccessful due to the receiver being absent or the courier not being able to access the delivery location.
